Elevate LMS was designed as a comprehensive application within the Workiverse platform to address a common fracture in professional development: the gap between rigid organizational training requirements and the need for engaging, personalized individual learning.
The goal was to create a single, cohesive interface that empowers organizations to manage compliance and skill-building at scale, while simultaneously offering learners a modern, consumer-grade discovery experience enhanced by AI.
Traditional Learning Management Systems often suffer from a split personality. They are either clunky administrative tools focused on compliance tracking, or disconnected content libraries that users find difficult to navigate. My core design challenges were:
