A deep dive into how I stitched together a universe of features, defined the core system, and designed Workiverse, an AI-powered platform where HR, training, documents, workflows, and teams finally live together.
Workiverse is an AI-powered, modular work platform designed as a scalable ecosystem rather than a single product. Similar to how Google or Adobe Creative Cloud houses multiple tools under one unified experience, Workiverse brings together applications like an LMS, a Trainer Booking system, and HR management into one intelligent core platform. Each module operates independently while being powered by a shared architecture, workforce structure, and data layer.
The objective of this MVP was to create not just a functional product, but a future-ready foundation. Instead of designing isolated tools, we built a centralised system that enables seamless navigation, unified reporting, AI-driven insights, and flexible organisational structuring — all within one consistent user experience.
Designing a Multi-Product Ecosystem: Creating a unified experience for LMS, Trainer Booking, and HR within one seamless platform.
Preventing Feature Silos: Ensuring shared data, permissions, and reporting across modules without duplication.
Building an MVP That Could Scale: Designing a structure flexible enough to support future products and AI expansion.
Simplifying Complex Company Structures: Supporting departments, roles, and locations without overwhelming users.
Integrating AI Meaningfully: Making AI supportive and intuitive rather than intrusive.
